For one night only, Joseon, one of Los Angeles's most celebrated Korean fine-dining restaurants, returns. Chef Debbie Lee is reviving her iconic concept in collaboration with From Scratch—a dinner series created by Chef Thao Pham and Tiffany Tse to support families impacted by the LA wildfires, helping them rebuild their lives from scratch. 100% of proceeds from this dinner will go directly to Deena Hahn, who lost everything in the Palisades Fire.
Guests will enjoy a five-course prix-fixe menu that reimagines the cuisine once reserved for Korean royalty, rooted in Chef Debbie’s Northern Korean ancestry. This special culinary experience, held on International Women's Day, brings together three women who believe in the power of food to connect and uplift—so join them for an evening dedicated to community, resilience, and renewal.
