This is Toronto's Haunted Cruise โ a Halloween night filled with music, costumes, dancing, drinks and skyline views aboard a two-level party boat.
Downstairs, the heated indoor deck becomes the heart of the party.
Upstairs, the celebration continues beneath the night sky.
And surrounding it all: Toronto after dark.
