Join us for an unforgettable feast of Bistecca alla Fiorentina with the man, the master, and our friend Chef John Manion of El Che. Fiorentina is a steak of mammoth proportions, and one that Chef cannot wait to do for the very first time. Together with Tortello Owner Dario Monni and Chef Annie Waugh, you’ll be guided through a four course menu from Tuscany:

Chef Manion and Owner Dario share a lot in common when it comes to their approach to food - a commitment to exceptional quality ingredients, and then respecting them with a craft and a simplicity that lets them shine. In true Italian style, this meal will be rustic & family style - no foam, no microgreens, and no tweezers in sight! Please note that this king of steaks will be cooked to Chef Manion’s recommendation and could be plattered and shared with up to one other pair sitting at your table. All other dishes will be shared within your party only. One thing is for sure, no one will go home hungry!
Due to the nature of the event, we are only able to accommodate nut and seafood dietary restrictions. The event will take place in our private event space DeSora, located upstairs from Tortello.
