Who wins the epic debate of Pasta vs. Noodles? Each episode of Tortello's Pasta vs. Noodles invites a different Asian take on noodles to go head to head with our Italian handmade pasta. In Episode 4, we're teaming up with legends Genie Kwon and Tim Flores of Kasama for a dive deep into Filipino noodles. Guests will see demos of two Filipino noodle shapes vs. 2 Italian pasta shapes, and dine on owner Dario Monni, chef Annie Waugh, and chefs Genie & Tim’s favorites. The intimate event includes chef demos along with a four course meal. We have loved being neighbors with Genie & Tim since opening around the same time, and we are absolutely thrilled to share the kitchen with them.
