The Menu:
Focaccia
sweet & sour cherries, whipped mascarpone, toasted almond, mint
Arancino
prosciutto, english pea, smoked mozzarella, pecorino-peppercorn emulsion
Bucatini
half maine lobster, cherry tomato- brandy sauce, chive blossom
Tiramisu
ecology center strawberry, coconut, limoncello
Items on this menu are made without gluten-containing ingredients; However, they are prepared in a shared kitchen. While we take precautions, cross-contact with gluten is possible. We are not a gluten-free kitchen & cannot guarantee no cross-contact has occurred. Our gluten free flour base includes imported Caputo Gluten Free Flour which utilizes a gluten-removed wheat starch. Unfortunately, this menu may not be suitable for those who need to avoid wheat.
Tickets: $105 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity; beverage pairing available for purchase. Substitutions and adjustments politely declined.
Guests will be seated communally in the spirit of Italian hospitality.
