This open-air experience will feature a seasonally inspired menu, expertly prepared using our wood-fire oven for a rich, rustic flavor in every dish. Each course is paired with a hand-selected wine from Furioso’s expressive, small-lot portfolio—highlighting the best of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Wood-Fired Pork Chop with roasted carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and a chocolate cherry reduction.

Vanilla Bean Pavlova with fresh lemon curd and seasonal apricots.
