Trino is the steakhouse expression of the 5 Sueños team that brought Chicago Entre Sueños and Diego.
Previewing in June at Soho House Chicago and opening in late July in Chicago's Fulton Market District, Trino reimagines the classic steakhouse through a Latin lens.
Influenced by Chef Stephen Sandoval's roots in Northern Mexico and Galicia, along with his time cooking in Argentina, Trino blends Mexican flavor, Spanish tradition, and Argentine grilling culture. Expect bold sauces, inventive potato preparations, and steaks paired with Latin touches. Please note tickets are only available for parties of 2. Specialty cocktails by our own Carolina Gonzalez and wine selections by Sommelier Jordyn Sotelo will be available for purchase onsite. Tickets are $150 per person plus tax and service charge.
