Join us on June 25 for an evening of guided exploration of 'Aperitivos and Digestivos.' Together, we'll discover the traditions of vermouths, amaros, and aromatized wines made in Virginia and Southern Europe. We'll taste and explore different ways to incorporate them into your own home bar and entertaining. We will learn what distinguishes them, how they're made, and how they can be enjoyed. Some will be tasted on their own, while others will be served in simple cocktails and spritzes that highlight their versatility.
The tasting will be led by Troddenvale cidermaker Will Hodges and hosted on the patio of Oakley Farm's historic North Stable. The event begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Advance tickets include a curated tasting of five wines with light bites, followed by an opportunity to purchase bottles and/or dinner. We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes early so that the tasting may begin on time.
**Please Note:** This event is limited to 20 guests and advance reservations are required. All participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
