Join us on July 16 for an evening of guided exploration of cider and wine with Patois. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Patrick and his wife Danielle focus on balance to maintain ecological equilibrium and work with the interconnecting cycles of nature. They hope to demonstrate how undervalued fruit can make a delicious and complex beverage when treated with intention and care.
The tasting will be led by Patois cidermaker Patrick Collins and hosted on the patio of Oakley Farm's historic North Stable. The event begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Advance tickets include a curated tasting of five ciders & wines with light bites, followed by an opportunity to purchase bottles and/or dinner. We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes early so that the tasting may begin on time.
**Please Note:** This event is limited to 20 guests and advance reservations are required. All participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
