In this class you will blind taste through a flight of dry white wines to figure out which one you like best. Learn exactly what it is about the wine you like and how to describe it.
Are you a fan of bright, zippy and herbaceous wines? Do you prefer something floral and spiced? Or do you appreciate something more round and creamy? Come find out!
When you leave this class you will have a basic understanding of how to describe what fruits, aromas and body characteristics you’re looking for. You will have the confidence to seek guidance from sommeliers, wine merchants and servers and always be pleased with your choice.

Certified through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Lynn brings years of hands-on restaurant experience and a passion for wine education to Turks Head Wines. After shaping wine programs in Philadelphia, she now leads engaging classes for everyone from curious beginners to seasoned connoisseurs.
