Neurographic Art is a meditative drawing method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, that combines art, psychology and neuroscience to help process emotions and reduce stress. It is an accessible practice that requires no artistic skill, focusing on the process of creation rather than the final result.
Guided by the the JunkGirls, you'll explore the fundamentals of Neurographic Art by choosing a personal word or intention, creating flowing lines, transforming them into beautiful organic patterns, and bringing your artwork to life with vibrant watercolor.
Each guest will receive:

- A personal set of 24 watercolor brush pens
