From January 21-25, acclaimed chef Hisashi Udatsu brings his authentic omakase from Tokyo to Caldera House. Known for his creative otsumami, traditional nigiri, and rare Japanese sake pairings, Udatsu has quickly become a favorite among high-profile artists, entrepreneurs, and celebrities.
The highest quality fish will be imported directly from Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji Market, along with a selection of rare sake. A 10-piece and 18-course lunch menu will be available daily from 12pm-2:30pm...
