Urban Farmer Denver is proud to continue its 2025 Chef’s Tasting Dinner Series with the second installment: Market & Mixology, a celebration of Colorado’s farming and distilling communities. In partnership with Leopold Bros. Distillery, this five-course tasting dinner pairs seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients with thoughtfully crafted cocktails and spirits.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour and passed bites, set against a pop-up farmers market inside the historic Oxford Hotel—where you’ll meet the growers and makers behind the evening’s dishes.
This immersive dinner features five courses:

Braised mustard greens, couscous, green curry
Fourth Course | Featuring Bootheel 7, Pappardelle’s Pasta, Palisade Peaches & Olathe Corn
Beef Tenderloin
Porcini mushroom rub, summer succotash, fresh linguini
Fifth Course | Featuring Björn’s Honey
Honey Cake
Blackberry liqueur, brûléed foie gras, honeycomb
