The night unfolds as a four-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated with a few surprises along the way, and spotlighting our trusted partners at 7X Beef and Rebel Farm. Each course is paired with a unique single-varietal, small-batch cider from Haykin Family Cidery, highlighting the natural harmony between farm-driven cuisine and thoughtfully made cider.
Guests will gather around communal tables, encouraging connection, conversation, and a shared appreciation for exceptional food and drink.
