Welcome the summer season at Urban Farmer Denver with the seasonal Tasting Menu Dinner on Thursday, June 18th, a thoughtfully curated four-course dining Colorado experience highlighting products from Brunson Meat Co. and Jacob’s Mushrooms and paired with spirits from The Family Jones Distillery.
Created by Urban Farmer Executive Chef Jessica Biederman, the menu for the evening, with cocktail pairings for each course, will include:

dry aged bacon, palisade cherry, micro lettuce

Olathe Sweet Corn
sauce romesco, marrow roasted hazelnut, locally foraged mushroom, savory caramel corn

Brunson Dry Aged Ribeye with “frites”
smoked blackberry demi, truffle

Palisade Peach
browned butter cake, cracker jax
Dinner will start at 6 P.M. It is priced at $220 per person, which includes all taxes, fees and gratuity. Non-alcoholic pairings will also be available. Seating is limited and advanced reservations are required.
