Mafia Princess Wines brings together Colorado-grown wine, Italian family stories, creative winemaking, and one philosophy that sits at the heart of everything Hillary and Casey Eales are building: Mafia Means Family.
The name may get your attention first, but the story underneath it is really about belonging. It's about the family we inherit, the family we create, the stories that get passed around the dinner table, and the way a bottle of wine can bring all of those things together.
Their approach to the land includes biodynamic-inspired farming practices and the integration of livestock. Sheep and chickens are part of the vineyard story, reflecting a desire to work with the property as a living system rather than treating the vines in isolation. That work became significant enough that the Colorado wine industry recognized Hillary and Casey for grape growing in 2025.
