We are excited to invite you to one of our favorite events of the year! The Valdemar team is excited to finally share our 2024 Spring release wines paired with a delicious 5-course dinner by Chef Keith Croonquist. This special event will be hosted by our talented winemaker, Devyani Gupta, and our 5th generation owner and CEO, Jesús Martínez Bujanda.
Starting with a welcome reception at 5:30pm, dinner at 6:00pm. It's a unique opportunity to taste our newest wines and learn more about the winemaking process from our experts.
First Course:
22' Chardonnay - Morel, Spring Onion, Local Chevre
Second Course:
19' Gargantilla- Charred Fennel, Cara Cara orange, Shallot,Mustard Seed
Third Course:
21' Mourvedre - Pork Tenderloin, Carrots, Cauliflower, Okra
Fourth Course:
21 Blue Mountain Syrah- Confit Duck, Blackberry, Mint, Pink Peppercorn
Fifth Course:
19' Gran Anada- Tres Leches Cake, Mango, Toasted Almond
