Spring Release Winemaker Dinner — A Night in the Kitchen with the Owner
Our most anticipated event of the year just got more personal.
Join us on Friday, May 1 for an unforgettable evening as our 5th generation owner and CEO, Jesús Martínez-Bujanda, takes over the kitchen to cook his signature Steak Paella live in front of guests — a dish rooted in his family's Spanish heritage and refined over years of cooking for friends and family at home.
Alongside Jesús in the kitchen, our talented winemaker Devyani Gupta will guide guests through six wines from our 2026 Spring Release Wine Club allocation — including the official limited release of Eventide Estate BDX.
The evening begins with a welcome reception on the upstairs terrace at 6:30 PM, followed by a four-course dinner at 7:00 PM that brings together the flavors of Walla Walla and Rioja:
The Menu
- Vineyard-grown pea shoots & Walla Walla charred asparagus, rosé vinaigrette, watermelon radish, fried halloumi, pink peppercorn
- Mushroom croquetas with Ibérico ham
- Steak Paella with piquillo peppers — cooked live by Jesús
- Chocolate tart — Jesús's home recipe, somewhere between a cake and a mousse
Six wines from our Spring Release allocation, poured throughout the evening. This is a rare chance to spend an evening with the people who actually make the wine and cook the food.
