Join us at Valle as Chef Roberto Alcocer presents the fourth annual Día de los Muertos Dinner in Oceanside. This deeply meaningful tradition comes to life with Chef Roberto and the Valle team, guiding guests through a six-course All Black Menu inspired by the heritage, flavors, and artistry of Mexico.
This year, Chef Roberto is joined by acclaimed guest chef Alexis Ayala, one of Mexico’s most influential young chefs and the creative mind behind Tacos Los Alexis and Pargot, both honored with MICHELIN Guide Mexico’s Bib Gourmand distinction. Recognized as Best New Chef 2023 by Food & Wine and Young Chef of the Year by Gentleman Magazine, Ayala is celebrated for his bold, modern approach to Mexican cuisine, blending tradition with innovation.
Together, Chefs Roberto and Alexis will create an unforgettable tasting menu, each plate honoring the spirit of Día de los Muertos in an elevated, contemporary expression.
