The second dinner in our fall UpValley Supper series features a rare and luxurious selection of wines featuring the King of Piemontese varieties: Nebbiolo. For this intimate dinner, we will be pulling corks on some of our favorite benchmark Piemontese Nebbiolos to pour side-by-side with the new release of Nebbiolo from Gail Wines and a chinato made in collaboration with St. George Spirits, with both Dan of Gail and Lance of St. George in house with us. And, the final decadence: white Piemontese truffles. This is the Sunday Supper of the season, the perfect way to welcome the holidays the Sunday before Thanksgiving, and not to be missed.
$250 includes food (yes, truffles), wine (yes, Barolo) and gratuity.
