Based on Mill Road in the historic city of Cambridge, we are vanderlyle: a small restaurant which works with farmers, growers and producers to create a vegetable-focused tasting menu and matched flight of drinks, driven by the seasons and our suppliers. Headed by chef Alex Rushmer, our focus is on acting sustainably whenever possible: both for our team’s wellbeing and for the environment around us.
