Industry Chat is a curated conversation series designed to connect industry leaders, creatives, and innovators through candid discussions surrounding career growth, creativity, hospitality, nightlife, and leadership.
Moderated by our Events Director, Milena, Industry Chat was created with the goal of inspiring meaningful dialogue, sharing real-world experiences, and building a space where guests leave with fresh perspectives, valuable connections, and the motivation to elevate both their work and the communities they influence.
The evening will begin with one hour of networking in an intimate setting designed for genuine conversations and relationship building. Guests will receive a complimentary sponsored welcome beverage upon arrival.
Attendance will be intentionally limited.
Following networking, guests will transition into a moderated panel discussion featuring:
Chad Spangler
Co-founder of Service Bar, Causa, and Amazonia. His concepts have earned James Beard, Tales of the Cocktail, and RAMMY recognition, including Service Bar winning Best Bar in 2026.
Tony Burke
A 25+ year hospitality veteran, Tony Burke has worked across bartending, beverage programs, training, and spirits. He currently serves as On-Premise Market Manager for Suntory Global Spirits in Washington, DC.
Clinth C Lo
Senior Bartender at Silver Lyan, with experience at Bresca, Jônt, and Albi. Clinth is also a cocktail competition winner, spirits educator, and Mid-Atlantic Ambassador for Empirical Spirits.
Industry Chat is intended to become an ongoing platform spotlighting the voices, experiences, and creative forces shaping hospitality, nightlife, and cultural communities throughout Washington, DC, and beyond.
