As a U.S. Navy Veteran, Rachael embarked on her culinary journey with the Navy and later in Washington D.C., where she spent a decade honing her skills. Kicking off our 2024 season, she brings her passion for farm-to-table practices and sustainability to Veritas. Guests can expect a variety of local-inspired dishes with a nod to her Appalachian roots with a contemporary twist.

Is this event 21+Yes. This is an adults-only affair.
What will there be to drink? Wine and sparkling wine are included in ticket prices. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price.
