From our very own Veritas kitchen, and classically trained in French technique, Adam introduces "La Maison Veritas." A play on a French brasserie featuring family-style Parisian Classics on the winery bricks. Prepare to transport yourself to a sidewalk cafe in Paris, only albeit closer to home.
Joining as our Sous Chef in 2020, Adam's background is entirely in fine dining in New York, New Orleans, Denver, and now Afton, Virginia. Fans of Veritas wines can expect many to be used in his dishes.
A photographer/videographer may be present at the event, and by registering, guests consent to be photographed/videographed.
Is the event 21+? Yes. This is an adults-only affair.
What will there be to drink? Wine and sparkling wine are included in ticket prices. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price.
Supper Series Chefs will be presenting a set menu, and substitutions will be limited. Menu coming soon!
How will you be handling food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Dietary allergies and restrictions are due 72 hours to Veritas Staff. Veritas can accommodate most restrictions: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. If you have any changes or concerns, please email us at email@example.com
Will there be seating? Yes, but not assigned seating.
