Throughout this series, we are partnering with food producers and chefs from a variety of backgrounds and influences to showcase their unique culinary and beverage achievements. For our third annual Supper Series, we are highlighting local and regional foodways and food producers, the people on the ground who bring food to the table. Veritas Supper Series welcomes Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois, featuring Rome in the South. This menu blends vibrant Italian flavors with our favorite Southern foods, featuring dishes like wine-brined fried chicken, peach and burrata panzanella, and pistachio-buttermilk semifreddo.

What will there be to drink? Each course will be accompanied by wine pairings that are included in your event ticket. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price
Will there be seating? Yes, but not assigned seating.
What about the weather? Supper Series events will be held rain or shine.
