Vesta takes its name from the Roman goddess of the hearth — the flame that was never allowed to go out. Roger and Julia, husband and wife, built Vesta on the same idea: a bean-to-bonbon chocolate house and café where cacao becomes chocolate before it becomes anything else — bonbon, bake, bar, spread, or gelato — made with organic cacao and unrefined cane sugar, nothing shipped in finished.
