Opened in 2007, Via Vite Ristorante is Chef Cristian Pietoso's first restaurant and a reflection of the simple good and wholesome preparation of authentic Italian food. Focused on contemporary Italian food and wine pairings, Chef Cristian brings his smart and unassuming approach to the plate. Dishes are sumptuous and real, made with fresh unprocessed ingredients. Via Vite's wine list boasts a selection of nearly 200 labels or you can simply go with Chef's recommendation. With room to accommodate 170 guests indoors and 80 outdoors we can easily host any event you can imagine.
