We've been known to get a little cheesy every now and then. But this time, we're going all in! Cheesemonger (and Wisconsin cheesehead) Kerry Jerred of Forage to Fromage joins Emily Vikre for a night of sensational cheese and cocktail pairings perfect for summer.
Kerry has selected a primo variety of cheeses from makers including Deer Creek (WI), Point Reyes (CA), and Caves of Faribault (MN), and is working up delicious summer bites where each cheese gets its starring role.
Meanwhile, "Flavor Doctor" Emily has accepted the challenge to create perfect cocktail pairings for each course, featuring Vikre's small-batch, handcrafted spirits and liqueurs.
We can't wait to see what Kerry and Emily come up with!
Your $69 ticket includes a guided 90-minute experience featuring five small-bite courses from Kerry paired with five mini cocktails from Emily, additional light snacks, and special savings on bottles to go. A selection of full-size cocktails will be available for purchase after the formal program, so feel free to linger if you like! The 20% service fee goes entirely to your hardworking bartenders and servers that evening.
