Participation in a Vincent's Culinary Class will involve Student’s use of cooking equipment, tools and facilities in a kitchen environment outside of their own home. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the Student/Participant that by making payment for and/or by attending or participating in The Course, the student releases, indemnifies and hold harmless Vincent Guerithault Corporation, Vincent Guerithault and any subsidiaries or divisions of Vincent Guerithault Corporation from any and all liability of any kind for any damage and/or injury incurred in connection with attendance or participation in The Class or while present in the kitchen and restaurant at Vincent on Camelback Restaurant. Student/Participant understands and accepts the inherent risks in the preparation and cooking of food at a cooking class at Vincent on Camelback Restaurant and is a voluntary participant at his/her own risk. By enrolling in this class and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the session. These may be used by Vincent on Camelback Restaurant for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. By participating, you grant us the right to use your likeness in such materials without compensation or further notice.
