Join us on Saturday, November 14th for a Wine Dinner in honor of Veterans Day.
Spend the evening in what was once Monitoring Station #1 and enjoy a delicious wine-paired dinner catered by Pampa's Fox Catering.
Doors open at 6:30PM.
Guests will receive a welcome glass of wine followed by a 4-course dinner; each course will be paired with Vint Hill Wines.
Plated Dinner Menu:
Butternut Squash and Apple Soup
Sofi Salad with arugula, candied pecans, fresh pears, and blue cheese served with a honey balsamic vinaigrette
Entree of Beef Bourguignon (boneless short ribs braised in red wine with pearled onions & carrots), served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed seasoned brussel sprouts
Dessert of Pumpkin Caramel Bread Pudding with Fresh Whipped Cream
Please note: The vegetarian entrée, Stuffed Acorn Squash with quinoa, maple, curry, cranberries, pistachios & parsley, must be ordered no later than Wednesday, November 4th.

Tickets are $120 per guest (plus tax).
Sales Tax of 5.3% Virginia State Tax and 6% County Meals Tax added to each ticket.
SEATING NOTES: Table seating is arranged prior to the event date. If you want to sit with another group, who is making separate reservations, please let us know by email by including all parties reservation names and send to jennifer@pearmundcellars.com. Due to the size of this event, guests will likely be seated with other parties. If you prefer your own 2-top table, please email us so we can make proper arrangements.
