Underdog is proud to present Wine on Wheels, a charity wine tasting event benefiting the Kansas City Roller Warriors. The Roller Warriors were a founding league for the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association and in 2007 won the first ever WFTDA National Title; despite their success, and their many years in Kansas City, the Roller Warriors remain the underdog of Kansas City sports, and that’s exactly why we’re happy to partner with them for this event, because we always root for the underdog.
Enjoy a wine tasting experience like no other as two KCRW derby skaters, ‘Champaine’ & ‘Rum and Choke’, pour wine while roller skating. Proceeds from ticket sales and wine sales at this event will be donated to KCRW, additional donations can be made at the event or using this link.
