At Wako we believe cooking with seasonality and the Japanese tradition in mind is our utmost priority. We strive to create visually striking dishes and serve our customers with confidence. We procure from carefully selected purveyors; our most basic ingredients and seafood are straight from Japan. We also select locally produce as much as possible. We welcome you to relax and enjoy our authentic Japanese cuisine.

Policy Menu Omakase $165 Starter ~ Appetizer ~ Sashimi ~ Warm Dish ~ Sushi ~ Soup ~ Dessert Sushi Tasting $125 Starter ~ Sushi ~ Soup Running Late Due to our small space at Wako we will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If later than 15 minutes, we will give your table away. Please call us if you are running a bit late and we will do our best to hold your table. Dietary Restriction Please let our servers know of any allergies or special requests. We are also unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diet that does not include raw fish. We have limited items with soy-free options. Reservation Capacity & Time The seating capacity is 20 guests at a seating. We have 2 hours dinning time per seating. Credit Card Hold A credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Cancellation Policy Any requests to modify your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation or without prior notice (no show) will be charged $70 (Omakase) or $50 (Sushi Tasting) per person . Large Party Service Charge For parties of five or more, we add an 20% service charge to the bill. Corkage Fee You are welcome to bring your own bottle as long as they are not included in our menu. Corkage fee is $40 per 750 bottle (limit of 1 bottle). Child Policy We do not accommodate children under age of 5.
