The NADA Protocol is a set of 5 points in the ear that was developed in the 1970’s at the Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx. The Lincoln Hospital was formed by the Black Panther Party and the Young Lords, who utilized acupuncture to help people trying to come off of drugs like heroin and cocaine. What started as a community harm-reduction program evolved into a structured set of points that is now used worldwide.
The NADA protocol influences the autonomic nervous system to reduce cravings & circulating stress hormones, lower heart rate, boost endorphins, and improve the balance of neurotransmitters, thereby promoting a deep state of calm.
Needles will be applied in a community setting - with 7 people treated in the Private Tasting Room at a time.
