Join Queenie and Mich for an evening of movement, rhythm, and self-expression. Through grounding practices, breathwork, playful rhythm exercises, guided movement, and communal drumming, weโll explore how sound and movement can help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.
There will be space to follow guidance, move freely, experiment with rhythm, and let go of the pressure to get it right. No choreography or expectations, just an opportunity to be present, have fun, and discover what feels natural to you.
As the evening unfolds, DJ Omniria will bring the sounds to keep us moving and the dance floor alive. Weโll gather at West China Tea House to share tea, meet new people, and connect through music, movement, and the simple joy of being together.
No dance or drumming experience necessary. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let yourself explore.
