New menu items: Wasabi Pea Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna (Appetizer Portion Only) Beautifully seared ahi tuna is served with housemade Yuzu aioli and a fresh cabbage, red onion and apple slaw. Shrimp Scampi Big, sweet pink shrimp in a garlicky, buttery sauce with dry vermouth, lemon juice, chili flakes and parsley. Served with fresh focaccia to wipe up the velvety sauce. Served with your choice of two (2) sides or you can easily turn this into a pasta dish Rigatoni with a Summer White Bolognese Rustichella rigatoni with a summer white Bolognese that puts the spotlight on soffritto- sautéed onions, carrots, and celery; enhanced with salty pancetta, cremini mushrooms, fennel seeds, chunks of Italian sausage, sauteed rapini and a splash of heavy cream and white wine to make a rich, delicious pasta sauce. Garnished with fine grated Romano cheese and fresh black pepper. Don’t care for rapini? Substitute spinach in its place.
