Join us for a special anniversary dinner celebrating 25 years of Wiens Cellars and the wines, people, and stories that shaped our journey.
Hosted by Joe Wiens and Brian Marquez, this intimate evening features a five-course menu by Chefs Dylan Soro and Mario Amaral of Savage Chef, paired with significant Wiens wines from throughout our history.

Smoked Duck Salad with bitter greens, tart cherries, roasted pistachio & Crowded cherry vinaigrette
Second Course | 2022 Refugio Cabernet Sauvignon
Seared Tuna with brown butter toast, blackberry tamari relish, sesame aioli & micro shiso
Main Course | 2021 Grand Rouge
Braised Short Rib with roasted garlic pomme purée, fall root vegetables & crispy garlic
Dessert | “Cheers to 20 Years” Amour de L’Orange
Citrus Basque Cheesecake with orange & fennel jam, candied zest & fresh mint
