Join us for an intimate, French-inspired dining experience in our Barrel Room, featuring a rare four-vintage vertical of our prestigious flagship, Chateau Grand Rouge, showcasing the 2021, 2022, 2023, and newly released 2024 vintages.
Each vintage is paired with an exquisite French-inspired course by Chef Dylan Soro and Mario Amaral of Savage Chef for an unforgettable evening of fine wine, culinary artistry, and live music.

🍷 2021 Chateau Grand Rouge — Steak Tartare with shallots, capers, parsley, 1923 olive oil, stone ground mustard, quail egg, horseradish & grilled baguette

🍷 2023 Chateau Grand Rouge — Filet Mignon Rossini, brown butter crouton, garlic spinach, king trumpet mushroom & truffle Grand Rouge glace
🍷 2024 Chateau Grand Rouge — Duck Cassoulet, crispy confit duck leg, white bean ragù, haricot vert, duck sausage & Grand Rouge glace
🍷 La Finale — Dark Chocolate Mousse, chocolate sponge cake, crunchy caramel, Ruby Port-soaked cherry & mint, paired with Ruby Port
