APPETIZERS

Suya
Chicken wings rubbed in yaji — our house blend of roasted peanuts, ginger, smoked paprika,
and chiles — fried crispy.
Alloco
Ripe plantains fried golden until the edges caramelize and the centers turn custardy.
Samosas
Crisp folded pastry filled with spiced red lentils, sweet onion, fried golden. Served with akadi roasted carrot and habanero sauce.

Lagos Slaw
Tender kale tossed with shredded purple cabbage, cherry heirlooms, and a cashew egusi, lime, ginger, and a whisper of scotch bonnet dressing

Boneless Goat braised low and slow, finished in a roasted carrot and tomato sauce sweetened by long cooking and lifted with West African aromatics.

Our signature — fresh corn dough made for scooping up sauce.
Jollof
Long-grain rice simmered in a deep red sauce of tomato, red pepper, and onion until each grain takes on color, smoke, and spice.
Light Mafé
silky peanut stew with a coconut tomato base finished with house-smoked tofu.
DESSERT
Dingwa Puff Puff
Pillowy West African doughnuts, fried to order and served warm, piled with fresh berries and
dusted with toasted egusi sugar — melon-seed praline, nutty and floral.
