Our vineyard lawn will offer tasting stations of oysters and seafood sourced from select locations, each chosen for their quality and signature flavors including fresh shucked oysters with classic cocktail or mignonette accompaniment, Grilled Oysters with Lemon Garlic Cayenne, Oysters Rockefeller, Maine Shrimp Rolls and Saku Tuna.
