Chef Adam Mayer of Two Bites in New Orleans and Chef Eric Vollono of CEPD in Denver will be taking over HOT SHOT COFFEE on AUGUST 23rd, 2026 for an end of summer dinner party. They will be joining forces to create a 5 course tasting menu with a little bit of lagniappe.
Cocktails from the HOT SHOT Bar Team will be available for purchase on the day of the event.
These two worked together in New Orleans a few years ago and since then have both started private event companies. “We are excited about this rare opportunity to work together again and cook you a fabulous dinner.” - Chef Eric Vollono. Show up hungry, thirsty and ready to make some new friends.
There will be two seatings 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
