Join Executive Sous Chef Scott Han for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience exploring the techniques and traditions of Japanese cuisine. Guided by Chef Scott, guests will learn the art of sushi-making as they prepare their own sushi rolls, temaki (hand rolls), and onigiri (Japanese rice balls), discovering the craftmanship and flavors behind each creation.
The experience will also include a welcome sake tasting, offering a deeper appreciation of Japanese flavors and traditions.
