This year’s Harvest Dinner at Wrights Station Winery will be a very special collaboration, bringing together the unruly talent of two exceptional chefs, Chef Diego Felix and Chef Brad Briske! We couldn’t be more excited for this.
Uniting their culinary chemistry, Diego and Brad will be creating a 5 course menu that brings both of their talents to the table - designed to pair incredibly with Winemaker Dan Lokteff’s favorite wines (some not released, others from his library), and celebrating the Fall season, and this special type of evening. Chef Brad Briske of HOME in Soquel will be onsite, cooking live throughout the evening.
What many people may not know is that Diego and Brad are brothers-in-law. They have traveled the world together cooking, and their shared passion for food has led to a series of special collaborative pop-up dinners at HOME.
This year, we get to bring that collaboration to you.
