Harvest Dinner - A Five Course Wine Pairing Dinner with Chef Diego Felix
Join us for a truly unforgettable evening as we celebrate harvest with a spectacular 5-course wine pairing dinner in the Redwood Grove, featuring the talented Chef Diego from Colectivo Felix!
This annual event has become a beloved tradition, and it’s easy to see why!
The evening will begin with wine and hors d’oeuvres on our patio, offering stunning views of our 6-acre vineyard. From there, we’ll take a scenic stroll through the vineyard, leading us to The Redwood Grove where Chef Diego will be preparing your dinner. Surrounded by the towering redwoods and the serenity of nature, we’ll enjoy a wonderful evening together.
Chef Diego will preparing a menu inspired by the flavors of Summit Mountains and the Monterey Bay, deeply rooted in Latin American culture. Each course will be crafted over an open fire, utilizing hot embers and a grill, and showcasing unique local ingredients that celebrate the region’s edible biodiversity. Every dish will be expertly paired with a selection of Wrights Station wines.
