The scent of the incense crafters drifts across the Perfume River in the morning calm. For the craftspeople, artisans, and street vendors of Huế, life continues much as it used to centuries before - handmaking their delicate goods as the sun rises for customers eager to experience the richness of the old capital.
Bold flavors, fierce chilis, and stunning detail await discovery in the many ancient alleyways that surround the citadel, but it is becoming harder to find every year. To keep the exquisite traditions alive and bring Huế flavors to the world stage, we are excited to serve a slice of this magic in New York City this spring.
