Our bespoke DIMSUM restaurant YAUMAY (pronounced Yaumei) is a collaboration between global restaurateur ALAN YAU and the charismatic Chef Soon.

ALAN YAU has produced some of London's most famous restaurants including Hakkasan and Park Chinois. Chef Soon has opened numerous Michelin starred restaurants around the world. Their newest space at the Imperial Palace Marunouchi Nakadori has an open terrace on the second floor with large glass windows overlooking the cityscape.
