Join us for the official launch of Phoenix Eats & Drinks, the much-anticipated follow-up to the bestselling Phoenix Cooks. Hosted by Hotel Valley Ho Executive Chef Russell LaCasce and author Christina Barrueta, this festive evening will spotlight the stars in our city’s vibrant culinary and beverage landscape.
Enjoy a cocktail reception with passed bites and cocktails from recipes in the book - from Tia Carmen’s Southwest-spiced tri-tip kebabs to Frasher’s Tavern’s Gooey Butter Cake with Bailey’s Butterscotch Caramel - plus signature drinks from Poppy’s Office and The Phoenician Tavern at The Phoenician resort. Mingle with the chefs, restaurateurs, and mixologists in attendance and toast to Phoenix’s vibrant dining scene.
Books will be available for purchase, or bring your own copy for signing. Tickets are $99 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and include sample dishes and two drinks.
