-- ABOUT THE GUEST CHEFS --
Chef Gio Osso incorporates his Italian roots as the proud owner of Virtù Honest Craft, known for its Mediterranean-inspired dishes and named one of the “Top 20 Restaurants in the Country” by Esquire. He also runs Pizzeria Virtù, which follows the rules of the Neapolitan Pizza Association and incorporates Southern Italian culture into every dish on their menu.
Chef Bernie Kantak made his mark as the executive chef at Citizen Public House in Old Town, becoming known for his bold, new-American dishes. He has since gone on to open local favorites including The Gladly, Minnow and Beginner’s Luck. Bernie's world-famous Original Chopped Salad is fan favorite, beautifully showcasing his unique culinary style.
