Chef Jonathon Sawyer has won Last Chef Standing as well as a coveted James Beard Award. After working in Miami, New York and Cleveland, Chef Sawyer returned to his hometown of Chicago, where he now serves as head chef of the renowned restaurant Kindling — serving wood-fired food and craft cocktails in the Loop.
