ONE NIGHT ONLY
Experience dinner in an entirely new way. Dining in the Dark is an immersive four-course culinary experience where sight takes a back seat and taste, aroma and texture come alive. Blindfolded, you’ll experience beautifully prepared, chef-curated courses one bite at a time, followed by the Chef Reveal. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail reception and continues with live music. A portion of proceeds benefits the National Federation of the Blind.
The evening is hosted by 2025 Grammy-nominated artists and Las Vegas entertainers Dana & Sharon and was inspired by Dana’s son David, a professional musician who has been blind since birth.
David opens the evening with live piano and vocals during the welcome cocktail reception. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit a song request and share why that song means something to you.
Then, the blindfolds go on.
Without seeing the presentation first, your senses lead the experience. Familiar flavors become more vivid, subtle details stand out, and each course becomes something to discover.
After the final course, the blindfolds come off for the Chef Reveal, when you’ll see the beautifully presented dishes you just experienced and discover how your perceptions compared with what was actually on the plate.
Then the evening returns to the music.
Dana & Sharon join David LIVE, and the song requests and stories collected during cocktail hour become part of the performance, creating a musical experience unique to the people in the room that night.
