we invite you to join us for an ‘immersive culinary experience’
with Food, Wine and Hospitality in mind.
Guests dine in the purpose-built open kitchen. Created by Chef Philip Mahon, enabling him to prepare, serve and explain the dishes throughout the evening. Wine pairings have been selected and are to be served (by his wife) and Sommelier Kathy.
